Energy Storage

All-Energy Australia 2017 will showcase how energy storage is evolving, with batteries beginning to emerge at the household, commercial and grid level. The mindset of the industry is changing, as solar panels become cheaper thanks to the growing reliability of battery storage.

Speakers on this theme at the free-to-attend trade show and conference, held 11 – 12 October at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, include Smart Commercial Solar’s founder Huon Hoogesteger.Paul Ryan, director of EnergyConsult Pty Ltd, will share his projections of residential energy storage to 2030, and Singleton Solar’s Andrew Thaler will share his thoughts on the hot topic of pumped hydro.

Exhibitors include international leaders LG Solar at Stand 1542 and Fronius at stand 2614. Since 2011, LG Solar has distributed more than 100W of panels to Australian customers, with a very low warranty return rate. The award-winning LG NeON range includes the new NeON R 360W. Fronius’ biggest Australian seller is the Fronius Primo series for single-phase residential systems.
